Project Description

18‑20 and 30 Trinity Street in Hartford, CT 06106 are historic downtown buildings being transformed into Trinity Street Apartments, a new mixed‑income residential and retail project. The redevelopment will convert two early 20th‑century former office buildings into approximately 104 thoughtfully designed rental homes with a mix of studio, one‑, and two‑bedroom units, including income‑restricted units for households earning 50 %–60 % of the area median income. Ground‑floor spaces will accommodate retail, restaurant, and community uses, and the project includes modern amenities such as fitness and coworking spaces, a rooftop terrace, and updated sustainability features. Located across from Bushnell Park and near the Connecticut State Capitol, this adaptive reuse project supports Hartford’s urban revitalization and enhances the walkable downtown community.
