The project will deliver 49 thoughtfully designed units, including one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom homes, with approximately 80 % of the units deed‑restricted as affordable housing and the remaining units offered at market rates. Developed by Trout Brook Realty Advisors and managed by the West Hartford Housing Authority, The Elle preserves unique architectural elements of the original structure while offering modern living in a walkable neighborhood near local shops, transit, and community amenities.
