121 Monmouth Street in Red Bank, NJ 07701 is a mixed-use residential development consisting of 45 market-rate apartment units with approximately 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and office space in downtown Red Bank. Situated on an assemblage of properties extending from Monmouth Street to Pearl and Oakland Streets, the four-story building features three levels of residential units above a structured parking level. The redevelopment replaces several existing commercial buildings while incorporating one existing home as an affordable housing unit, contributing to the project's affordable housing obligation. Designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood, the development enhances the borough's walkable downtown through new housing, street-level commercial space, and thoughtfully integrated architectural design.
