41 Bateman Way in Stamford, CT 06902 is an adaptive reuse and rehabilitation project within Stamford's Harbor Point neighborhood that transformed a former industrial building into a modern mixed-use commercial and office facility while preserving its historic waterfront character. Rather than new construction, the redevelopment included extensive renovations to the existing structure, upgrading building systems, interior spaces, and exterior finishes to accommodate contemporary commercial tenants. Located along Stamford Harbor, the project contributes to the continued revitalization of the Harbor Point district by repurposing an existing waterfront property and supporting the area's transition into a vibrant mixed-use community.
