Mitchel Lazar
COO
As COO of Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Mitchel Lazar brings over 30 years of construction experience to the company’s operations. His leadership style is shaped by decades in the field and centers on accountability, efficiency, and clear ownership, principles that guide how projects are planned, executed, and delivered.
Mitchel began his career as a carpenter and later owned and operated his own general contracting business. That hands-on experience revealed a persistent gap in the industry: contractors were often underserved by suppliers and installers, particularly in Division 6 and 8. Rapid Door & Trim Corp. was built in response to that need as a streamlined, single-point-of-responsibility partner designed to simplify coordination and improve outcomes. A father of five and an avid runner and cyclist, Mitchel brings the same discipline, endurance, and speed to his work that he does outside of it, staying focused, adaptable, and always moving projects forward.

As CEO of Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Jennifer Lazar believes that great companies are built by great people. Her leadership style centers on trust, teamwork, and shared values; principles that have helped make Rapid a productive, positive place to work and a trusted partner for customers.
A retired attorney, Jennifer brings clarity, integrity, and long-term vision to the business. She’s also a mother of five and credits both her legal career and family life for shaping her people-first approach to leadership.

Joann Kebrdle
As CFO of Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Joann Kebrdle brings over 20 years of financial and leadership experience, including more than 18 years at the company. She began her career after earning a BA in Finance and quickly advanced through the ranks at Prentice Hall Books, eventually serving as VP of Finance. Since joining Rapid Door in 2007, Joann has been instrumental in guiding the company through growth, economic ups and downs, and today’s challenging market conditions, helping ensure the company remains financially strong and well-positioned for the future.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence, Joann ensures the company’s finances and processes support long-term success. Outside of work, she enjoys family life and staying active, including working out and coaching cheer when she can. She brings the same energy, focus, and discipline to her personal life that she applies to leading the company’s financial operations.

Costa Hyago
As Operations Manager at Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Costa Hyago brings extensive experience in construction operations and project coordination to the company. Costa works closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to streamline processes, solve challenges proactively, and keep every project on schedule. By anticipating contractor needs, coordinating resources, and providing reliable guidance, he helps contractors plan confidently and complete their projects without unnecessary delays or surprises. Outside of work, Costa brings the same dedication and focus to his personal life, enjoying an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends, while staying organized, adaptable, and committed to excellence.

Chani Lazar-Stern
As Business Development Manager at Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Chani Lazar-Stern brings strategic insight, relationship-focused leadership, and a passion for growth to the company. She works closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to identify opportunities, foster partnerships, and support the company’s business development initiatives, ensuring proposals are aligned with client needs and presented with clarity and professionalism.

As VP of Estimating at Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Tiffany Anderson brings over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of construction products and pricing to the company. Her leadership centers on accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication, ensuring every estimate is thorough, competitive, and reliable, helping contractors plan with confidence.
Tiffany joined Rapid Door & Trim Corp. in 2012 and has built a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. She leads the estimating process from start to finish, providing clear insights, managing product selections and lead times, and supporting the company’s operational efficiency and quality standards. Outside of work, Tiffany brings the same focus and energy to her personal life, enjoying family time and reading, while staying driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.
VP of Storefronts
Joshua Kallman
As VP of Storefronts at Rapid Door & Trim Corp., Joshua Kallman brings decades of hands-on experience in the glazing and storefront industry. He leads the company’s storefront division with expertise in estimating, fabrication, and project coordination, ensuring contractors receive precise guidance and reliable solutions for every project.
Joshua began his career in storefront fabrication and completed a four-year glazier apprenticeship, eventually taking on leadership roles including superintendent and director of operations. Over the years, he has managed projects of all sizes, overseeing everything from shop drawings to installation, and building a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and clear communication with contractors, clients, and vendors. Outside of work, Joshua is married with children and brings the same focus and dedication to his family as he does to his work, though he admits that managing the family calendar can be trickier than a multi-story curtainwall installation.
