Project Description

109 & 120 Poquonock Avenue in Windsor, Connecticut are part of a key infill redevelopment site in the town’s downtown Poquonock Avenue corridor. Previously brownfield land that was remediated after former commercial use, the site is being transformed through The Residences at Bowfield Green, a mixed‑use project that includes a four‑story building with approximately 77 market‑rate apartments above about 7,000 sq ft of ground‑floor retail and commercial space. The development supports Windsor’s transit‑oriented master plan for downtown revitalization by bringing new residential density, street‑level commercial opportunities, and improved walkability to the area near rail and local amenities.
