Project Description

130 Main Street in Buffalo, NY 14203 is the site of the North Aud Block, a large-scale mixed-income, mixed-use redevelopment within Buffalo’s Canalside waterfront district. The project will transform the vacant former Buffalo Memorial Auditorium site into approximately 340,000 square feet of new development, including 251 residential apartments, 18,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, parking, and a 20,000-square-foot public plaza. The residential component includes a mix of affordable and market-rate units, with the majority designated as affordable housing. The development is designed to reconnect downtown Buffalo with the waterfront while creating a new live-work destination with housing, retail, public space, and pedestrian connections.
